1. Free delivery service only apply on the purchasing amount over $500HKD. (For Hong Kong resident only)

For foreign customer, because of the nature of international shipping and the products we carry, it's not possible to give you an exact shipping cost (speed post) figure at the time you place your order. The final shipping costs will be confirmed to you in an e-mail at the time your order is shipped.
3. Upon the reception of the order request, we will confirm the order and the delivery date by e-mail on the reception date. (if you do not receive the confirmation within 3 days, please call 852-2832 2889.)
    
4. Payment could be paid before/when receiving our delivery. Customer could use the following payment methods.

If a return becomes necessary due to a mistake in shipping, shipping damage or a defect in the product, we will compensate you for the shipping charges to return the item to Hong Kong if you ship the item as directed by us. All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 10 days of its delivery to you.
